Standard deliveries
Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days of receipt of the order. Depending on size and weight, we generally dispatch our goods by parcel service or forwarding agent:
Standard delivery with the DPD parcel service
After collecting your goods from our warehouse, it usually takes two working days (Monday - Friday) for the goods to reach you.
We will indicate the shipping costs on the order confirmation that we send you. The prices per parcel vary depending on the dimensions and weight.
Shipping with the Emons forwarding company
If your goods are dispatched by a forwarding agent, they will usually arrive within two working days (Monday - Friday).
The shipping costs are subject to the current prices of the shipping company, depending on dimensions and weights, and can be viewed on the order confirmation.
Dimensions up to max. 220 x 105 x 50cm
Express shipping
If you are in a particular hurry, we can also send your parcel by express delivery. Depending on the time of delivery, we will charge you the following costs:
- DPD Express 08.30 a.m. = € 30.00
- DPD Express 10.00 a.m. = € 18.50
- DPD Express 12.00 p.m. = € 16.00
We do not offer express delivery by forwarding agent.
Free freight
From a net value of goods of € 1,500.00 we dispatch your goods free of charge.
