This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Anonymisation of the collection of IP addresses is ensured by adding the code , gat_anonymizeIP0 (IP masking). We have activated IP anonymisation on this website, which means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Web analysis cookie
The storage of web analysis cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.
The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is not passed on to third parties. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

"Do Not Track" settings
You can also control the storage of cookies using the "Do Not Track" (DNT) settings in your Internet browser. Depending on the browser, DNT is either a setting in the programme settings or a so-called plug-in or add-on. When activated, the browser signals that tracking measures by this tool are not desired without your explicit consent. If the setting is activated, the tracking functions of this tool are anonymised by us. Please note that the procedure for activating DNT differs depending on the Internet browser you are using.

IP anonymisation

Demographic characteristics with Google Analytics
Our website uses the "demographic features" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of visitors to the site. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and from visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section "Objection to data collection".

Google Analytics Remarketing
Our website uses the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalised advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behaviour on one end device (e.g. mobile phone) can also be displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. tablet or PC).
If you have given Google your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalised advertising messages can be displayed on every device on which you sign in with your Google account.
To support this function, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create target groups for cross-device advertising.
You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalised advertising in your Google account; follow this link https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
The data collected in your Google account is summarised exclusively on the basis of your consent, which you can give or revoke at Google (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). For data collection processes that are not merged in your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merging), the collection of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymised analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
Further information and the data protection provisions can be found in Google's privacy policy at: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.

Google reCAPTCHA
We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter referred to as "reCAPTCHA") on our website. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data input on our website is made by a human or by an automated programme. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent on the website by the website visitor or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its website from abusive automated spying and SPAM.
Further information about Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy can be found at the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

Use of Google Tag Manager
Our website uses Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed via an interface. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags. No cookies are set and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags that may collect data. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data.
More information about Google Tag Manager can be found at the following link:http://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

Mouseflow
This website uses mouseflow, a web analysis tool from Mouseflow ApS, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark, to record randomly selected individual visits (only with anonymised IP addresses). This creates a log of mouse movements and clicks with the intention of randomly analysing individual website visits and deriving potential improvements for the website. The information is not personalised and is not passed on. If you do not wish to be recorded, you can deactivate this on all websites that use Mouseflow by clicking on the following link: https://mouseflow.de/opt-out.

Newsletter
This website uses the services of ConstantContact to send newsletters. The provider is Constant Contact, Inc, 1601 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA 02451, USA.
ConstantContact is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organised and analysed. If you enter data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address), this data is stored on ConstantContact's servers in the USA. ConstantContact is certified in accordance with the "EU-US Privacy Shield". The "Privacy Shield" is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA, which is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA. With the help of ConstantContact, we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent with ConstantContact, a file contained in the email (known as a web beacon) connects to ConstantContact's servers in the USA. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. Technical information is also collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
If you do not wish to be analysed by ConstantContact, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a link for this purpose in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.
Data processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the cancellation.
The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted from both our servers and ConstantContact's servers after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by this.
For more information, please refer to ConstantContact's privacy policy at: https://www.constantcontact.com/legal/terms.

Facebook Pixel
Our website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").
This allows the behaviour of site visitors to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimised.
The data collected is anonymous to us as the operator of this website; we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy. This enables Facebook to place adverts on Facebook pages and outside of Facebook. This use of the data cannot be influenced by us as the site operator.
You can find further information on protecting your privacy in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
You can also deactivate the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" in the settings for adverts at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. You must be logged in to Facebook to do this.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate usage-based advertising from Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

YouTube
We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering, which are stored on www.youtube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in "extended data protection mode", i.e. no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Data is only transferred when you play the videos. We have no influence on this data transfer. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account.
If you do not wish your data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out of YouTube before playing the video. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or customising its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
YouTube is used in the interest of expanding our information offering and to provide assistance with the installation of our products. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in the privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights and setting options to protect your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
YouTube is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA

Google Maps
Our website uses the Google Maps service. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.
When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before accessing a map. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the customised design of its website. Such an analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide customised advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA

Social share buttons
Social share buttons for the social networks Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn are used on our website. In order to protect your data when you visit our website, the buttons are integrated using the "Shariff solution". This type of integration ensures that no connection is established with the servers of Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter ("social networks") when one of our web pages containing such buttons is accessed. Only when you actively click on one of these buttons and thereby give your consent to data transmission will your browser establish a direct connection to the servers of the social network. Through your click, the social network only receives the information from us that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile with the corresponding social network or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is then transmitted by your browser directly to a server of the respective social network and stored there without us being able to influence it. If you are logged in to the relevant social network, your visit to our website can be directly assigned to your profile there. If you interact with a social network, for example by clicking the "Like" or "Tweet" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the social network. The information is also published in the respective service and may be further processed there. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the social network as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the data protection information of the respective social network:
Facebook privacy policy
Data protection information from Pinterest
Data protection information from Instagram
Data protection information from LinkedIn
If you do not want a social network to assign the data collected via our website directly to your profile in the respective service, you must log out of the respective service before clicking on one of these buttons.
