Social share buttons for the social networks Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn are used on our website. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on our legitimate interest in having contact with you, our customers, and improving the quality of our advice. Data protection information for applicants

We collect and process the personal data of applicants for job advertisements or unsolicited applications. By sending us your application documents, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your data as part of the application process.

The legal basis for the processing of applicant data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b EU GDPR.

If the application is not considered as part of the application process, the application documents will be automatically deleted no later than 6 months after notification of the rejection decision.

Rights of applicants:

Applicants have the option of withdrawing their applications at any time. In this case, the application documents will be deleted immediately.

Applicants are entitled to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data transfer in accordance with the GDPR and the BDSG. If you wish to assert your rights, you can contact our data protection officer directly.

Your data will be deleted after 6 months at the latest or transferred to ABP's HR department if you are hired. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of the contract (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
