Our swing door fittings for glass doors can be used both indoors and outdoors. We offer various models that differ in terms of size and area of application.

Which fitting is suitable for my installation situation?

We recommend the Pendula swing door fitting for glass thicknesses of 8 mm to 13.52 mm. In contrast to comparable corner fittings, it is designed for a maximum door weight of 100 kg and is particularly suitable for outdoor use. Gusts of wind, for example, cannot push the door open. When planning, you should ensure that your door opening is no wider than 100 cm.

If you prefer a smaller, simpler swing door fitting for glass doors, we recommend the Small Pendula variant. This door fitting with hydraulic technology is suitable for indoor use as it requires little force to open the door. You can lock it in the 90º position as required and adjust the closing speed as required. The closing speed determines the closing time.

Both variants are made of fine-ground stainless steel (1.4301).

What are the advantages of our swing door fittings?

No floor preparation necessary

An additional floor spring is not required and the floor does not need to be prepared before installation.

Subsequent installation possible

You can also retrofit the glass door fittings in existing wall openings, whereby floor recesses as with door closers are not necessary as the entire technology is already housed in the fitting.

The swing door fittings have all been tested to 500,000 cycles in accordance with the DIN EN:1154 standard.

Adjustable closing force

What needs to be considered during installation?

The corner fittings are quick and easy to install, making them suitable for hotel rooms and offices where installation has to be quick and the doors are opened and closed very frequently, as well as in private homes. The glass door is clamped into the floor and ceiling fitting.

Recommendation

Due to the hydraulic technology, you may hear a slight noise after the first installation. This can be cancelled out by opening and closing the door several times.
