How do I return my goods?

Our goods are subjected to a quality control before they leave our warehouse. If you are still not satisfied after receiving the goods, please contact us and we will take care of your request as soon as possible. No matter if it is a return or a product complaint - we will help you.

You can always return your goods to us within 30 days of receipt of the delivery, stating reasons, and by telephone or in writing to Customer Service - provided the goods are complete and in packed, unused and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% of the returned goods value. 

Complain about defective goods

Obvious defects must be reported in writing immediately, but at the latest within eight days of receipt of the goods. In the case of hidden defects, the period is six months from receipt of the goods. We will endeavour to send you a replacement or repair the goods as soon as possible.

Goods damaged in transport

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by transport damage. Please complain about the damaged or defective articles immediately after receipt of the delivery. We will do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
