RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
How can I return my goods?
Our goods are subjected to a quality control before they leave our warehouse. If you are still not satisfied after receiving the goods, please contact us and we will take care of your concern as quickly as possible. No matter if it is a return or a product complaint - we will help you.

You can always return your goods to us within 30 days of receipt of the delivery, stating the reasons and exchanging information with our customer service by telephone or in writing - provided that the goods are complete and are in a packaged, unused and undamaged condition. To arrange a return, please contact us by telephone on +49 (0) 7257 / 9127-0 or email us at shop@abp-beyerle.de.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% of the returned goods value.
Complaining about defective goods
Obvious defects must be notified in writing without delay, but no later than eight days after receipt of the goods. In the case of hidden defects, the deadline is six months from receipt of the goods. We will endeavour to send you a replacement or repair the goods as quickly as possible.
Goods damaged in transit
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you by damage in transit. Please claim the damaged or defective items immediately, upon receipt of the delivery. We will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
