Standard deliveries

Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of receipt of the order. Depending on size and weight, we generally dispatch our goods by parcel service or forwarding agent:

Standard delivery by parcel service

After collecting your goods from our warehouse, it usually takes two working days (Monday - Friday) for the goods to reach you. 

The prices per parcel vary depending on the country of delivery:

Germany: €8.50 plus VAT, carriage paid from a net goods value of €400

Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic: €19.00 plus VAT.

Denmark, Finland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain: €24.00 plus VAT. 

Switzerland (incl. customs clearance): 69,00€ 

Other European countries: 24,00€ plus VAT. 

Shipping by forwarding agent

If your goods have to be dispatched by a forwarding agent, they will usually arrive within two to three working days (Monday - Friday).

The shipping costs are subject to the current prices of the shipping company, depending on dimensions and weights(dimensions up to max. 220 x 105 x 50cm).

The current prices per country of delivery are as follows:

Germany: €55.00 plus VAT. 

Switzerland (incl. customs clearance): 200,00€

Other European countries: 150,00€ plus VAT.

Collection on site

You are also welcome to collect our goods from our premises in Untergrombach free of charge. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Collection is possible from Monday to Friday between 7.30 am and 3.30 pm.
