Handle shells from ABP-Beyerle: so simple - so versatile
Handle shells have a functional aspect and are also the icing on the cake when it comes to furnishing. To enhance your personal style, to spice up your usual kitchen or to coordinate with the rest of the furnishings, handle shells are very suitable. However, our self-produced handle shells are mainly used for glass and wooden sliding doors, which complete them. Since we produce handle shells from stainless steel with a fine finish and aluminium in natural, black and white in various shapes, they can be combined with all our sliding door Sliding door fittings fittings. A discreet and simple solution for opening and closing the sliding door. Simply attach a handle shell to the outside and inside of the door and you can easily slide it open and closed.
Handle shells for gluing on or pressing in
Handle shells for gluing on are becoming more and more popular, as their biggest advantage is certainly that no glass processing is necessary.
Glue-on handles - quick and uncomplicated
Handle shells for gluing onto glass door leaves have the advantage that the glass door leaf does not need to be machined. The handle shells can be used for all glass door leaves and are glued on with a special adhesive tape - this also saves time during installation. Due to their shallow depth, the flat handle shells are a discreet solution and allow a pleasant feel. The handle shell Barno is particularly popular, as it is available in anodised aluminium as well as in a stainless steel finish.
Press-in handle shells - classic and practical
If you prefer the classic fixing variant, we have rectangular and round And round handle shells for pressing into wooden doors in our range.
Round handle shells with PZ recess and with Buntbart recess for pressing in
Most of the handles we have in our programme are unlockableso that they are fitted to sliding doors, e.g. in the passage from the hallway into the living room or from the kitchen into the dining room.
However, in some installation situations, for example in offices or surgeries, sliding doors are desired that can be easily locked with a key. For this reason, we also produce press-fit handle shells for wooden doors with Profile cylinder recess and Buntbart recessso that you can also lock your door. With a diameter of 64.5 mm, the handle shells are a comfortable size and easy to grip. The lock cylinder is not included in the scope of delivery.
Materials
For both handle shells for sliding doors and furniture fronts, we use high-quality materials that guarantee durability and are easy to maintain.
Stainless steel fine finish
We produce most of our handle shells in fine-ground stainless steel, whereby the models Pictus, Piccolo, Rondo, Discus, Cambium are turned from solid stainless steel.
Aluminium
A more economical variant are Aluminium handle shellswhich, like all the others, harmoniously adapt to your modern interior style. With aluminium, you can choose between the surfaces natural anodised, black coated and white coated.
Shell handles for furniture
Smaller, round shell handles for recessing into the furniture front, such as the model Pictus, are a design feature for any chest of drawers and at the same time provide the functionality to open and close drawers and cupboard doors easily. With shell handles, you can give furniture a new look. Shell handles for furniture fronts are recessed into the wood and therefore do not protrude, so protruding edges are not a hazard. For the same reason, they are also a way of opening chests of drawers in a space-saving way.
