Material
All our push door handles are made of fine-ground stainless steel, which also prevents premature rusting. This is particularly important for entrance door fittings that are exposed to the weather. For the models Impero, Initio, Isala, Syx and the modular system SCI the handle supports are made of solid stainless steel (1.4305).
To which door can I attach the push handles?
Our push handles can all be fitted to glass doors with a door leaf thickness of 8-13mm. You also have the option of mounting the door handles on wooden/plastic and aluminium doors. Depending on the thickness of the door leaf, we have different mounting sets in our range. The mounting sets must therefore be ordered separately.
What installation variants are available?
Glass doors
On glass doors you can mount the single handle visible on one side only, a pair of handles is mounted in pairs on a glass door
Wood/plastic/aluminium doors
To attach a single handle to one of these door leaves, note the door leaf thickness of your door when selecting the mounting set and choose between fixing the door handle visible on one side or invisible on one side.
Depending on the door handle series, an M6 cutting sleeve or an M8 cutting sleeve is supplied for fastening to plastic or aluminium doors. For invisible fixing to wooden doors on one side, an M6 ramp sleeve (for door leaf thickness > 19mm) or M8 ramp sleeve (for door leaf thickness > 35mm) is supplied in the fixing set.
